Deidra Demps

Deidra Demps, Esq., SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Corporate Counsel - Labor and Employment at The Mosaic Company, where legal counsel is provided on various labor, employment, and benefits matters while collaborating with Human Resources and business units. Prior to this role, Deidra was a Senior Attorney at Southwest Florida Water Management District and held positions at Modern Business Associates as Assistant General Counsel, providing HR compliance recommendations and attending mediations. Deidra's early experience includes a Federal Judicial Internship with the U.S. District Court and a Summer Associate position at Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell, focusing on civil defense. Deidra's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Barry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida.
