Felipe Klemperer

Felipe Klemperer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the mining and consulting industries. Since January 2013, Felipe has served as Vice President at The Mosaic Company. Prior to this role, Felipe was General Manager at Vale from June 2002 to July 2012, and worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton between August 1994 and May 2002. Felipe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (1997-1999) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology (1990-1994). Additionally, Felipe completed a program at IBGC Instituto Brasileiro de Governanca Corporativa in 2021.
