Mark Banik

Mark Banik currently serves as a Regional Account Coordinator at The Mosaic Company since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at CGB Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included Merchandiser, Facility Manager, and Superintendent from January 2020 to February 2023. Mark also worked as an Operations Manager at Encompass Grain & Rail COOP for a brief period in 2019. Before that, Mark held the position of Operations Management Trainee at Archer Daniels Midland Company from May 2017 to June 2019, and completed an internship with the same company in Agriculture Services Operations Management in the summer of 2015. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Animal Industry Management from Illinois State University and an Associate of Science in Agriculture Production and Management from Joliet Junior College.
