Mayana Selestino

Mayana Selestino is a geology professional currently serving as a Geóloga Recursos Minerais (Potássio) at The Mosaic Company since November 2024. In this role, Mayana participates in the development of research plans through geological drilling in mining exploration areas, analyzes and interprets geological data for predictive quality, validates geological drillings, and maintains the drilling database in accordance with company standards. Prior to this, Mayana gained experience as an Estagiária Geologia at The Mosaic Company from May 2023 to September 2024, contributing to short-term projects involving excavation mapping, mine planning, drilling programming, and geotechnical mapping. Mayana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Universidade Federal de Sergipe and a Technical degree in Mining from IFBA - Instituto Federal da Bahia.
