Michele Nagy

Michele Nagy is a seasoned professional in environmental health and safety training with extensive experience in developing and managing curriculum and resources to enhance employee engagement and compliance. Currently serving as a Senior EHS Training Specialist at The Mosaic Company, Michele has successfully transitioned training programs to eLearning formats and integrated universal design principles into educational materials, resulting in a significant increase in worker engagement. Prior roles include Director of Career Services at Southern Technical College, where Michele implemented training initiatives and managed cross-campus career services, and Chief Executive Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters, where innovative training paths were developed for employee development. Michele holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in English from Penn State University.
