Sheldon Rinas

Sheldon Rinas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and refining industries, currently serving as Senior Refinery Manager at The Mosaic Company since May 2007. Rinas has held various leadership and engineering roles, including Senior Mine Manager, Operations Superintendent, and Senior Process Engineer, demonstrating a robust expertise in operations and process management. Prior to this, Rinas gained valuable experience as an Oilfield Battery Operator at Canadian Natural Resources Limited in 2006. Rinas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Regina, completed in 2007.
