Thomas Marchese

Thomas Marchese is an experienced professional in rail operations and logistics. Currently serving as Rail Operations Supervisor and Team Leader at The Mosaic Company since March 2019, Thomas previously held various management positions at CSX from July 2009 to November 2018, including Terminal Trainmaster and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing an $8M budget and achieving five consecutive years under budget. Earlier in a career at Airgroup from January 2002 to July 2009, Thomas directed daily operations as Operations Manager for a freight forwarder, coordinating international and domestic freight to ensure efficient workflows. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of South Florida, awarded in 2001.
