Zac F. has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Manager of IT Platform Services at The Mosaic Company since September 2008. In this role, Zac oversees the release management lifecycle and coordinates multiple application releases. Previously, Zac held positions such as Global Digital Workplace Lead and Senior IT Global End User Support Analyst, managing operations for the Global Service Desk and Access Management, as well as executing Knowledge Management processes. Additional roles included IT Global Access Analyst Sr and Network Engineering Analyst, where Zac focused on service delivery, network infrastructure, and support for various IT solutions. Zac began a career in technology at IBM Canada Ltd. as a Systems Service Representative and holds a Diploma in Network and System Administration from CDI College Saskatoon.
