Samantha Kurtzman-Counter is the current president of The Mother Company, and has held this position since the company's inception. Samantha has also served as the company's CEO and COO.

Samantha Kurtzman-Counter has a BA in Women's Studies and Film from Wesleyan University as well as a high school diploma from Crossroads School.
