Erica Harouff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erica started their career at Anheuser-Busch in 2005, where they served as a Tour Guide and Gift Shop Associate. In 2007, they were promoted to Tours, Reservations & Scheduling Manager, overseeing daily tour operations and managing tour reservations. Erica then transitioned to ABZ Creative Partners in 2011, where they took on the role of Account Manager and Media Planner. In this position, they managed client projects and served as the lead media planner. Erica joined DRUM Agency in 2018 as an Account Supervisor, providing strategic guidance and leading omni-channel marketing campaigns for various clients. Erica's responsibilities at DRUM Agency included campaign optimization, market research, and creative development. In 2020, they joined Summer Friday as the Director of Client Strategy, where they focused on developing client strategies and managing client relationships. Currently, Erica works as the VP, Account Director at The Motion Agency, a position they started in 2022.
