Brad Borgman serves as the Director of Product Sales at Motz since May 2016. Previously, Brad was the Owner/Designer of North Arrow Landscape Design from 2008 to November 2022, specializing in landscape design and project management. Experience also includes serving as the Director of Sales at USGreentech, where innovation in sustainable turf infills was a key focus, and as the Director of Sales Operations at Heavenly Greens, a leading artificial turf distributor. Earlier roles involved regional sales management at EasyTurf, Inc., where significant revenue growth was achieved, and branch management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, overseeing substantial annual revenue and account management. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University Southeast and has furthered education at the University of California, Los Angeles.
