Chad Lavender

Chad Lavender has extensive experience in field operations and management, currently serving on the Grounds Crew for the Cincinnati Reds since March 2009, where responsibilities include preparing the field for game operations. In addition to this role, Chad has been a Project Manager in Field Operations at The Motz Group since April 2007. Earlier in the career, Chad worked as an Operator at Finfrock Construction Co. from October 2002 to March 2007. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Ashland University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
