Jaden Nozicka, CPA, currently serves as an Accounting Manager and previously held the role of Financial Analyst at Motz since July 2020. Prior to this, Jaden worked at KPMG from August 2016 to July 2020 as an Audit Senior Associate, managing commercial audit engagements and developing analytical strategies for audits, and as an Audit Associate, conducting extensive testing and leading walkthroughs at client sites. Jaden's experience also includes a role as a Student Trainee at the US Government Accountability Office, where preparation and documentation of internal control matters were key responsibilities, and positions at AmeriFirst Home Mortgage, Stryker, and BASIC, focusing on financial reconciliation and accounting processes. Jaden graduated from Thiel College in 2016.
