Asher Simon

Asher Simon, M.D. is an accomplished psychiatrist with extensive experience in academia and clinical training. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and as an Associate Residency Training Director at The Mount Sinai Hospital, Simon has held academic roles since 2006. Previously, Simon was the Medical Director of the Continuing Day Treatment Program at The Mount Sinai Hospital from 2005 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, a residency in psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and a graduate degree in Psychoanalytic Training and Research from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
