Hannah Weeks

Hannah Weeks, PT, DPT, is a Senior Cardiovascular Physical Therapist at The Mount Sinai Hospital, specializing in heart and lung transplants, heart failure, ventricular assist devices (VADs), valvular disease, pulmonary disease, and thoracic surgery since February 2020. In addition to current roles, prior experience includes working as an Acute Care Physical Therapist focused on post-operative orthopedic care. At Peconic Bay Medical Center, Hannah provided care across various patient populations as a Student Physical Therapist and led an outpatient cardiac rehab class. Other experience encompasses outpatient orthopedics at Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation and research in musculoskeletal biomechanics during a tenure as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. Hannah holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
