Sara Radparvar PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in clinical pharmacy and pharmacy education. Currently serving as the Director of the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program, Clinical Pharmacy, and PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Program at The Mount Sinai Hospital since August 2018, Sara also functions as an ICU Recovery Clinic Pharmacist and Clinical Pharmacy Manager in Critical Care. Previous roles include Adjunct Professor and Course Coordinator at Phillips School of Nursing at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at RWJBarnabas Health. Sara completed a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center, where responsibilities included coordination, training, and clinical support in intensive care settings.
