Becca Polglase

Becca Polglase currently serves as the Director of Programs and Operations at The Mountaineers since October 2010, where strategic leadership is provided for multiple branches, outdoor centers, and youth programs across Western Washington, along with responsibilities in risk management and program growth. Prior experience includes the Associate Executive Director position at Farmington Valley YMCA, focusing on a $5 million budget and overseeing various programs and staff leadership. Becca has also held senior management roles at Camp Jewell YMCA and served as Ropes Coordinator and Naturalist with Naturalists At Large. Educated at Springfield College with a Master of Science in Organizational Management and Leadership and Allegheny College with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Becca has demonstrated a strong commitment to outdoor education and organizational leadership throughout a progressive career.
