Erika Gustavsson

Erika Gustavsson has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Erika began their career at Linn Uniforms, where they worked in customer service, assisting hospitals, medical practices, and students in selecting and ordering scrubs and medical tools. After that, they joined Audio Enhancement as a Florida Operations Manager, where they held multiple positions such as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Inside Sales, and Office Manager. In this role, they oversaw the installation projects, managed data and presented reports, and coordinated between sales and operations teams. Erika then worked as an Office Manager at Oceanside Produce Company before joining The Mullings Group. At The Mullings Group, they started as a Program Manager, responsible for various activities such as lead generation, interview scheduling, and market research. Erika then served as a Director of Search Operations, where they provided oversight, project management, and facilitation for all search activities. Currently, Erika holds the position of Vice President of Search Operations & Contract Recruiting at The Mullings Group.

Erika Gustavsson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stetson University, graduating in 2003. Erika also received a certification in "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in 2019.
