Ashton Shumway

Ashton Shumway is an experienced professional in the multifamily real estate sector, currently serving as a Multifamily Underwriting Coach and Multifamily Market Research Coach at The Multifamily Mindset since December 2021. In these roles, Ashton underwrites commercial multifamily investments to maximize investor returns and educates new operators on purchasing commercial assets. Since 2020, Ashton has also been the Managing Director at Bishopstone Investments. Previous experience includes serving as a Construction Loan Administrator & Accountant at Security Home Mortgage, where assistance was provided to the CFO in establishing the construction loan department, and as a Multifamily Leasing Specialist at Triton Investments, managing the leasing of a 350-unit multifamily asset.
