Rhodalynn Jones, MPH has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Rhodalynn currently serves as the Director of Human Services for The Municipality of Princeton. Rhodalynn also collaborated with public schools and local agencies to attract underrepresented youth.

In 2016, Rhodalynn worked as a Practicum Student/Intern for the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children (FIMRC). Rhodalynn gained practical experience in the organization's operations during their internship.

From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Program Assistant- Americorp for HomeFront, Inc. Rhodalynn assisted with the implementation of the "Get Set" literacy program and worked with at-risk children and their parents through the Cherry Tree Club, providing aid in their development and creating a positive environment for their children.

Rhodalynn's earlier experience includes serving as the Supervisor of Extended Day Program for West Windsor - Plainsboro Regional School District from 2005 to 2012. Rhodalynn developed and implemented the program curriculum and maintained the NAA standards for Quality School-Age Care.

In 2010, they worked as a Program Assistant for The Children's Home Society of NJ. Their responsibilities included file review, client intake, home visits, follow-up interviews, and directing clients to needed resources.
