Jessica Notenbaum

Jessica Notenbaum has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as National Production Manager for The Murder Mystery Company and American Immersion Theater since April 2018. In these roles, Jessica oversees business expansion, leadership coaching, and policy development, managing over 9,000 performances annually across multiple countries and achieving a 20% increase in customer survey ratings. Prior experience includes Development Manager of Special Events at Junior Achievement of the Michigan Great Lakes, where Jessica enhanced donor strategies and managed profitable events, and various roles at Farmers Insurance, DK Security, Inc., and Barnes & Noble, showcasing a strong background in customer service, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Grand Valley State University.
