Eilis Wasserman

Eilis Wasserman is a highly experienced professional in career coaching and leadership development, currently serving as Program Manager for Leadership Development at Shafer Leadership Academy since March 2020, where a transition to virtual programming was successfully executed. As an Introvert Career Coach and Consultant, Eilis focuses on cultivating confidence and self-discovery among introverts. Additional roles include Career Coach for The Muse, where popular coaching packages, such as "Stuck in a Rut," are offered, and Rethinking Impostor Syndrome Coach Practitioner for the Impostor Syndrome Institute. Previous experience includes significant positions at Midwest ACE, University of Michigan, Ball State University, and University of Dayton, where Eilis contributed to professional development, mentoring, and career readiness initiatives. Eilis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Saint Mary's College and a Master’s of Science in Education from the University of Dayton.
