Ebony L. Ruffin

Ebony L. Ruffin is an accomplished professional in the field of dance and arts education, currently serving as the Manager of Professional Development for the TMC Arts Education Department at The Music Center since August 2017. In this role, Ebony L. Ruffin designs and manages various professional development programs aimed at educators and teaching artists, with a focus on arts integration strategies for grades TK-12. Prior experience includes positions as an Admissions Counselor at the California Institute of the Arts and Co-Director of AileyCamp Newark, along with extensive work as a teaching artist and performer in notable organizations such as Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and the Battery Dance Company. Ebony L. Ruffin holds an MFA in Dance & Choreography from the California Institute of the Arts and recently completed a certificate in Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania.
