Stephanie K. is an experienced professional in marketing and digital analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Web Content & Digital Analytics at The Music Center since September 2018. Previously, Stephanie held multiple roles at the Santa Barbara Symphony from July 2007 to May 2018, including Marketing Manager, where marketing strategies and advertising campaigns were led, and Patron Services Manager, overseeing a subscriber base of over 1,000 and managing customer service for over 20,000 patrons. Stephanie also contributed at UCSB Arts & Lectures as Head Usher and part of various teams facilitating patron services. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a Minor in Ethnomusicology from UC Santa Barbara and a Certificate in Photography from UCLA Extension.
