Tina Sawtelle has extensive work experience in various leadership and financial roles. Tina began their career as a Network Manager at Landmark Solutions, LLC in 1995 and later worked as a Business Operations Manager at the University of New Hampshire (Computing & Information Services) from 1999 to 2004. Tina then served as the Associate Dean of Administration/Director of Finances & Planning at the UNH College of Life Sciences and Agriculture from 2004 to 2012.
From 2012 to 2014, they held the positions of VP of Finance/Treasurer-UNH Foundation & Director Finance/Budgets-UNH Advancement and Interim Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations at the University of New Hampshire. In 2014, they moved on to become the Associate Vice President of Finance at Bentley University for a short period.
In 2015, Tina joined The Music Hall in Portsmouth, NH. Tina worked as the Chief Financial Officer until 2020, when they were promoted to the role of Executive Director/CEO. Throughout their tenure, they demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, board reporting, and campaign fundraising. Additionally, Tina co-owned Waterway Studios from 2005 to 2010 and has experience as a Business Manager for various touring bands.
Tina Sawtelle pursued their education by attending the University of New Hampshire from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Management & Policy. Following their undergraduate studies, Tina then enrolled at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from 1997 to 2001.
