David Perez Garcia

David Perez Garcia has extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A. Starting in 2005 at Deutsche Bank as an Equity Research Analyst, they provided industry and company analysis, financial modeling, and valuation. David then joined Grupo OHL as a Project Finance Analyst, where they performed financial and economic analysis of infrastructure projects and created financial models for lenders and public institutions. David then moved to Rothschild Investment Banking as an M&A Associate, focusing on M&A execution, fundraising, and deal origination. David continued to develop their career at PwC Corporate Finance as an M&A Manager, before joining SunEdison as an M&A Director. At SunEdison, they led buy-and-build initiatives and managed disinvestment of non-core assets. Currently, David is working at The Music Republic as the CFO & Head of M&A and as a Board Advisor. In 2016, they also founded Bluegrass | Strategy & Corporate Finance, where they serve as the Managing Director.

David Perez Garcia has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Valencia, which they obtained between the years 1996 and 2001. Later, in 2002 and 2003, they pursued a Master's Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at IEB. In 2005, David attended IEB again to acquire knowledge in Advanced Equity Asset Valuation in the field of Investments and Securities.
