Scott Tilbury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Development Officer at The Mustard Seed since September 2017, Scott focuses on enhancing hope and well-being for vulnerable populations in Central Alberta while fostering connections with business partners and community leaders. As the Owner of Tilbury Training & Consulting since March 2016, Scott leverages expertise gained from previous positions, including Station Manager and Sales Manager at 90.5 Shine FM, Branch Manager at Ricoh Canada Inc., Corporate Sales Trainer at Pitney Bowes Canada, Sales Executive roles at IKON Office Solutions and Wilsons Stationery and Office Equipment, and Director of News and Public Affairs at CKDR - Northwest Radio. Scott's educational background includes studies at Confederation College and programs with Richardson and Friesen K & Associates.

At The Mustard Seed, our mission is to alleviate poverty and homelessness through acceptance, empowerment and practical solutions. We provide a safe and supportive haven where people can have their physical needs met, and also begin to heal and grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We do what we do because there are many people in great need of support, compassion and assistance in their desire for a better life, and we believe we have a calling to help those in need. How do we do it? We support the whole person; physically, through basic needs like food, shelter and clothing; emotionally, through counselling and relationships; financially, through income support programs (employment and government); and spiritually, through counselling and prayer support.
