Lisa Wakefield has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked at GuideOne Insurance since February 2000 in various customer service and billing management roles. Prior to that, Lisa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Northwest Missouri State University in 1994. Currently, Lisa holds the title of Customer Service Billing Manager at The Mutual Group since January 2024.
