Tina Hoffman

Tina Hoffman currently serves as the Vice President of Brand Engagement and Strategic Communications at The Mutual Group, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Tina held several prominent positions, including Vice President of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at MidAmerican Energy Company from October 2017 to September 2025, and Marketing & Communications Director at the Iowa Economic Development Authority from August 2011 to October 2017. Other notable experiences include serving as VP of Marketing at TMG Financial Services, Investor Relations at the Greater Des Moines Partnership, and Deputy Director/Communications Director at the Iowa Department of Economic Development. Tina holds a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Drake University, where studies were completed between 1992 and 1996.
