John Scobbie

John Scobbie has extensive experience in the field of healthcare and rehabilitation. Currently serving as an In Patient Volunteer at The Myton Hospice since March 2016, John supports nursing teams in delivering high-quality patient services, assists with food and drink service, maintains floral displays, reads to patients, and fulfills various patient needs. Simultaneously, since May 2011, John has been working as a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement Worker with ADDACTION, partnering with Warwickshire Probation Service to offer treatment services to offenders using evidence-based psychosocial interventions. Prior experience includes a role as a Substance Misuse Worker at Swanswell Charity, where John provided structured treatment programs for individuals dealing with drug and alcohol misuse. Educationally, John holds a PGDip in Careers Guidance from Coventry University, completed between 2010 and 2012.
