Natalie Sykes

Natalie Sykes is an experienced recruiter at The Nagler Group, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a Victim Witness Advocate at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, managing a caseload of 200 and facilitating communications between victims and the court. Additional experience includes working as a Classroom Teacher at Ready, Set, Grow Childcare & Headstart, providing care and education for young children, and serving as a Bartender/Waitress at Derby Cow Palace. An internship at the State of Vermont Office of Probation and Parole involved assisting Probation Officers with case management. Natalie holds Bachelor's degrees in Psychology & Human Services and Criminal Justice from Lyndon State College, completed in December 2019.
