Javier Calderon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Javier started their career at the Mosholu Montefiore Community Center as a Senior Counselor, where they led and supervised campers. Javier then worked at Gap Inc. as a Sales Associate, providing excellent customer service and managing inventory. At Skidmore College, they served as an Audio/Video Technician, troubleshooting computer and equipment issues and assisting students and faculty. Javier also worked at Jaws Little League as an Outreach Assistant Coordinator, promoting the league and fundraising efforts. Javier gained administrative experience at Artio Global as an Administrative Assistant, coordinating travel, organizing events, and preparing materials. Javier joined Apple Retail as a Family Room Specialist, delivering software/hardware support, teaching classes, and performing device repairs. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at The Nanz Company, where they previously held roles as Global Sales Manager, Sales Manager/Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Manager/Team Leader, and Project Manager.
Javier Calderon completed their high school education at Fordham Preparatory School from 2003 to 2007, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following this, they attended Skidmore College from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. Javier double majored in Sociology and Government during their time at Skidmore College.
