Aina Marzia is a dedicated journalist and organizer with a diverse range of experiences across multiple platforms. Currently serving as an Elections Staff member at The Associated Press, Aina actively contributes to vote tabulation for the 2024 Election Year. Aina is also recognized as a Puffin Writing Fellow at The Nation, focusing on War & Peace and U.S. Foreign Policy. Previously, Aina held roles such as an Editorial and Fact-Checking Intern at In These Times, a Freelance Contributor at YR Media, and a Raices Fellow at La Semilla Food Center, emphasizing environmental justice and labor policy. Aina has also organized for the Student Press Law Center in West Texas and interned for the Nancy Casas campaign. Alongside journalism, Aina participates in creative collaborations at UCLA’s Center for Storytellers and Scholars. Aina is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs at Princeton University.
