Kimberly Skarren

Kimberly Skarren, CISR Elite, serves as the Director of Continuing Education and Regulatory Compliance at The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research since October 2005, where management of a team ensures all courses meet state regulatory requirements for continuing education. Additionally, Kimberly held the position of Director of Client Support, overseeing a team that delivers exceptional customer service related to courses, designations, and products. Earlier roles include Facilities Director, responsible for operational management and maintenance oversight, and Operations Assistant, focusing on data entry and administrative tasks. Prior to this, Kimberly worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at Academy Sports + Outdoors from January 2000 to October 2005.
