Andrea Durkin

Andrea Durkin currently serves as Vice President for International Policy at the National Association of Manufacturers since May 2024. Previously, Andrea held the position of Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for WTO and Multilateral Affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative from February 2022 to May 2024. As the Principal and Founder of Sparkplug, LLC from July 2013 to February 2022, Andrea provided consulting services to Fortune 200 companies in life sciences and agriculture. Andrea's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Director for Global Government Affairs and Policy at Abbott Laboratories, Managing Director for International Trade at Tew Cardenas LLP, and US Trade Negotiator at the Executive Office of the President. Andrea has a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economic Relations from the University of Michigan.
