Lucy Wade

Lucy Wade has extensive experience in various roles within educational and developmental organizations. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at The National Autistic Society since February 2024, Lucy previously held positions at The Cambian Group, including Commissioning Manager and Head of Support Services, demonstrating significant leadership in support services from November 2017 to February 2024. Earlier roles include Project Manager and Pupil Transition and Review Co-ordinator at Hardwicke Primary School and various administrative positions in primary education. Lucy's career in early childhood education began as a Senior Early Years Practitioner at Glenfall Pre-school and the Gardners Lane and Oakwood Federation. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Gloucestershire, obtained between 2014 and 2017, alongside foundational education at Chosen Hill from 1991 to 1996.
