Paul Ratcliffe

Paul Ratcliffe is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior IT Analyst at The National Autistic Society since August 2016, Paul has a robust background in project management and application support. Previous roles include Technical Project Manager at IBM, where Paul managed server build functions for Defra, and Project Manager at Accenture UK, facilitating a TUPE transfer after securing a key outsourcing contract. Prior to these positions, Paul worked at SAIC as an Application Support Engineer and Systems Engineer, focusing on application support and desktop solutions. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Server Support Specialist at the University of Glasgow and as a Support Technician at North Lanarkshire Council. Paul holds an HND in Computing from Stow College and completed secondary education at Williamwood High School.
