Stephen Smith-Trask

Stephen Smith-Trask is an experienced leader in the field of care and support services, currently serving as the Head of Adult Services for the South West at The National Autistic Society since September 2025. Prior roles include Operations Director at Dimensions UK, where Stephen was responsible for the operational leadership of care and support services, and Head of Operations South/Central at Community Integrated Care, overseeing service performance in that region. Stephen's extensive background also includes various leadership positions at Richmond Fellowship, culminating in the role of Managing Director Of Operations - South, where oversight included a considerable workforce and substantial financial turnover. Earlier career experiences encompass roles as Trust Manager at Yeovil Community Development Trust and multiple managerial positions within Richmond Fellowship Employment & Training. Stephen holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Nutrition from the University of Chester and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
