Morgan Jones brings a diverse set of skills and experiences in both operations and coaching. As a Process Guide at Amazon since July 2020, Morgan monitors labor metrics and provides feedback to over 30 associates, while also training new hires to enhance performance in Units Per Hour. In addition, Morgan has coached basketball at The National Basketball Academy since April 2013, teaching the fundamentals to a wide range of ages and coaching Elite AAU teams for the past five years. Previous roles include Associate Sales Manager at GNC and a Paraprofessional at Oberlin City Schools, where support for special needs students was provided. Morgan holds a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Ohio Dominican University.

Our goal is to organize, promote, host and manage basketball events of the highest quality, on a local, regional, and national level. We are firmly committed to a standard of excellence in all of our basketball events. We are the official youth basketball providers for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Orlando Magic, Houston Rockets, Indiana Pacers, and the Milwaukee Bucks. We also provide personal, small group, and team training to all levels of basketball from NBA to youth leagues.
