Toyja Kelley

Toyja Kelley serves as a Litigation Partner at Locke Lord LLP, where representation focuses on large public and medium-sized businesses in complex commercial disputes, with significant experience in various forms of litigation. As President of the Board of Directors for NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore, Toyja Kelley leads initiatives to support mental health advocacy. Involvement with The National Black Lawyers Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40 includes serving on the Executive Committee, promoting legal excellence among African American attorneys. Toyja Kelley has held notable leadership roles, including Past President of the DRI Center for Law and Public Policy, and has extensive legal practice history at firms such as Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and Tydings & Rosenberg LLP. Additionally, contribution to legal education was made as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Washington and Lee University. Educational credentials include a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.A. in Anthropology from Franklin & Marshall College.
