Anders Berg has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Anders started their career in 2000 at SATS ELIXIA, where they held various positions such as Instructor, Reception Manager, Operations Manager, and Deputy Manager until 2010. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Physiotherapist at Karolinska University Hospital. Anders then joined Alta Vita Fysioteapi AB in 2010 as a Physiotherapist before moving to Handelsbanken in 2011. At Handelsbanken, they worked as a Medical Risk Assessor from 2011 to 2015, followed by roles as Production Manager Medical Risk from 2014 to 2015 and Head of Medical Risk and Claims from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Socialstyrelsen since 2017, where they started as a Project Manager responsible for national guidelines and currently holds the position of Head of Unit.

Anders Berg has a diverse education history. In 2004, they attended Karolinska Institutet where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, completing their studies in 2007. After a gap, they pursued studies in the field of Management & Communication at Handelsbanken from 2011 to 2015. In the same year, 2014, Anders also attended Finanskompetens to study Insurance Brokerage and Stockholm University for a course in History of Ideas. In 2012, they attended IFU for Medical Risk Assessment and Stockholm University for Philosophy. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, Anders studied Philosophy at Umeå universitet. In the early stages of their education, from 2001 to 2010, they obtained various certifications from SAFE, specializing in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Yoga Instruction. Most recently, they completed a Diplomprogram för Ledare och Specialister at Svenska försäkringsföreningen in 2016.
