John Brehany

John Brehany has a wealth of experience in bioethics and healthcare, with roles in various Catholic organizations and institutions. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at The National Catholic Bioethics Center, John previously held the position of Director of Institutional Relations at the same organization. Prior to that, John was the Executive Director of the Catholic Medical Association and the Executive Director of Mission Services and Ethics at Mercy Medical Center. John also taught at Mount Angel Seminary. John holds a Ph.D. in Health Care Ethics from Saint Louis University and has a background in theology, philosophy, and religious studies.
