Simon Garry

Simon Garry is an experienced Agile and Lean transformation specialist currently employed at the National Deaf Children's Society since April 2024. Prior to this role, Simon held various positions at the BBC from September 2017 to April 2024, including Lead Change Manager, Business Improvement Manager, and Business Analyst. Simon also worked as a Business Analyst at Styles&Wood from June 2016 to September 2017 and as a Technical Lead at Worldpay from August 2014 to June 2016. Earlier in his career, Simon served as a Trade Capture Analyst at BNY Mellon from June 2013 to August 2014. Simon's educational background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Master of Business Administration from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Audio Engineering and Acoustics from the University of Lancashire, completed between 2009 and 2012.
