Beth Bean, Ph.D. is an experienced professional in the fields of research, policy, and education. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Research and Impact at the National Endowment for Financial Education since June 2021, Beth previously held the position of Policy Director in the Office of Governor Jared Polis for the State of Colorado from March 2020 to June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of National Engagement, Philanthropy and Policy at Strada Education Network from March 2018 to March 2020, and Chief Strategy and Research Officer at the Colorado Department of Higher Education from December 2010 to March 2018. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Denver, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from DePauw University, and a Master of Arts (MA) from Saint Louis University.
