Joshua Caraballo, Psy.D., serves as the Managing Director of Research at the National Endowment for Financial Education, where efforts focus on enhancing operational efficiency, staff engagement, and strategic alignment within the research department. With extensive experience spanning over 15 years in media communications and organizational consulting, Joshua has contributed to significant initiatives in various organizations, including generating plans for bullying prevention workshops at NVEEE and securing over $2.5 million in funding for research projects at LATINOS SALUD. Joshua holds a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School, as well as an M.F.A in Motion Pictures from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Florida Atlantic University.
