Michelle Samuels-Jones, EdD, currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Equity at the National Endowment for Financial Education, focusing on advancing financial well-being for all through identity-conscious systems and processes. Previously, Michelle held several significant positions at Credo - Higher Education Consulting, including Senior Director for Equity and Vice President for Student Success, where the focus was on helping small private colleges transition toward thriving environments. Michelle's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Fayetteville Technical Community College, University of Maryland University College, Lehigh University, and the University of Virginia, emphasizing student success, inclusion, and innovative educational practices. Michelle earned an EdD in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and holds a BA in Rhetoric and Communications Studies, as well as an M.Ed in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia.
