Yahya Alsulaim is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the energy sector and legal advisory. Since May 2017, Yahya serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary at the National Energy Services Company (Tarshid), while also acting as Advisor to the HRH Minister of Energy since April 2016. Previous positions include General Counsel and Board Secretary at Tarshid, Legal Counsel for the Saudi Energy Efficiency Program, and Legal Advisor at Al-Gaswa Steel Industries Co. Ltd. and Al-Modarra Law Office. Early career experiences include casework at Bail for Immigration Detainees, as well as legal training and bookkeeping. Yahya holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws (LLM) from Brunel University of London, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with International Relations from the University of Surrey, and an MD from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
