The National Food Lab: Innovation for the Food & Beverage Industry
Brent Fairbrother is an experienced project leader and senior food scientist, currently working at The National Food Lab, Inc., part of the Eurofins network, since November 2019. With a strong foundation in product and process development, Brent has held roles at Eurofins since August 2018, where responsibilities include project management, concept development, formulation, and troubleshooting. Previous experience includes positions at Covance Food Solutions and International Food Network, both acquired by Eurofins, where Brent developed food, beverage, and nutraceutical products and managed various aspects of the product development cycle. Earlier career experience includes a role at McDonald's Corporation as a food technologist and shift manager. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.
