Clara Hintermeister is a skilled Food Scientist with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently employed at The National Food Lab, Inc. since November 2017, Clara has held positions as both a Food Scientist and an Associate Food Scientist. Prior to this role, Clara gained valuable experience as a Praktikantin at N-Zyme BioTec in early 2014 and as an Intern at Nutravail Technologies in the summer of 2012. Clara holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech (2009-2013).
