Nicky Saggerson

Nicky Saggerson is an experienced psychotherapist and integrative therapist with a strong background in supporting children and young people in foster care settings. Nicky has been with the National Fostering Group since July 2016, providing psychotherapy and facilitating therapeutic parenting development groups. Nicky has also designed and delivered therapeutic art programs aimed at helping young people express difficult emotions. Other roles include working as a Person-Centred Counsellor at Turning Point and serving as an Employment Consultant at People Plus, where Nicky supported the long-term unemployed in finding sustainable work. Nicky holds multiple diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Therapeutic Counselling from Bury College, along with a BA (Hons) in Social Ethics and Drama from St. Martin's College.
